JASON EDLIN – Principal Consultant, Business Process Management

Jason is a business consultant with a strong background in financial services, operations management and consulting and process. His specialties are workshop facilitation, business process analysis and redesign, change management, and strategic consulting. He is able to support and challenge the thinking of executives and staff, identify and analyse company issues, identify and preserve best practices and develop as-is and to-be business models.

Nikki Guerin – Principal Consultant, Business Process Management

Nikki is passionate that processes should be adding value to your company. If they are not, then she can help you do something about it! Even from a teenager, Nikki was already improving processes and training staff – literally thrown into each troubled department to turn it around. Two decades later, Nikki is a seasoned process improvement professional who is currently undertaking her masters.

Nikki is always focused on strategic alignment and customer value. She has a strong background in data analysis, mining and metrics which she uses to target improvements. She has worked across government, financial, media, insurance and retail companies.

Sean Grove – Principal Consultant, Programme and Project Management

Sean is a senior program delivery consultant holding an MBA from the Australian School of Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute with 20 years of technology and program / project management experience (5+ years reporting to C level) within federal and state government, banking & finance, insurance, pharmaceutical and digital media sectors. Sean is an experienced trouble-shooter with extensive success in program / project recovery and process improvement with a focus on innovation, increasing business value and cost reduction.
